Every visit begins with a temperament and history inquiry so we can understand coat condition, handling comfort, and any helpful notes from home. That first conversation helps shape a safer, more realistic grooming plan.

For puppies and pets new to professional grooming, we use short stages and simple handling steps. A visit may be paused, adjusted, or shortened if the pet shows significant stress, pain, aggression, breathing difficulty, or another welfare concern.

Furry Oasis offers puppy first visits, grooming familiarization sessions, and comfort-led grooming for pets that need a gentler approach.

Our services include introductory sessions, a short comfort-led groom, a sensitive-pet bath and brush, and staged grooming plans. If the coat is heavily matted or the requested style is not safe to complete, a shorter practical finish may be recommended.

We also share practical home coat-care notes and pre-visit guidance, including how to help your pet settle before the appointment and what behavior details to bring along. The goal is a calmer process, not rushed results.
