We offer puppy first grooming visits, grooming familiarization sessions, short comfort-led grooms, sensitive-pet bath and brush services, and staged grooming plans. We will review coat condition and handling needs before confirming the best scope.

Is the puppy visit a full groom?

A puppy introduction is a fixed introductory session with scope limits. It is designed to build familiarity with grooming in a calm way, but it is not a promise of a full haircut or every grooming stage in one visit.

How should I prepare before the visit?

Please share your pet's temperament, coat history, and any sensitivities before the appointment. We also suggest a little exercise or settling time before arrival, plus any behavior notes that help us plan the visit.

What happens if my pet becomes stressed?

Yes. We use short stages, quiet handling, and pause when needed. If your pet shows significant stress, pain, aggression, breathing difficulty, or another welfare concern, the session may be shortened, adjusted, paused, or stopped.
